Baby Boxes!

For 75 years, Finland's expectant mothers have been given a Baby Box that is a starter kit for the baby’s first year. The government provided Baby Box includes: clothing, diapers and other newborn necessities and the box itself has a mattress that serves as baby’s first bed. The Baby Box is credited with helping Finland achieve one of the world's lowest infant mortality rates.

The Baby Box Co. brings a beloved 75 year old Baby Box tradition from Finland to expectant parents around the world. The Baby Box provides a safe sleeping environment for infants. As of January 2016, The Baby Box Co. is working with government agencies, hospitals, tribes and non-profits in 20 U.S. States to distribute Baby Boxes for free to as many American families as possible. The Baby Box Co. also works globally on significant initiatives; with programs launching in 12 countries so far.
